Generally, the only duty is to maintain annual licence renewal in Samoa.

Annual license renewal due by October - 31 each year for all Samoan International Companies in the year following registration. And We'll send reminder to client to help renewal in September before due date.

• Within 3 months, government penalty is USD25.00 per month
• The company will be struck off if non payment of fees after January - 15.

As long as the Samoa company is not carrying on business in Hong Kong, there is no duty of reporting or registration to Hong Kong government departments.
